not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,

of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit
shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary
in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men,

(25) God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin,
but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine (the doctrine
of Christ) which was delivered you. Being then made free from
sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. I speak after the
manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye
have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity
unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness
unto holiness. For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free
from righteousness. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof
ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. But
now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have
your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the
wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through

(26) For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life, Tit0303-07.

(28) I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
